Blinky Bill and the House Guest is the fifth episode of Blinky Bill Season 2.
Plot
Blinky flies a kite and he gets it stuck to mayor Pelican's house. A big windstorm destroys the mayor´s house and he brakes his leg. Blinky's mom offers him to stay with them. This doesn't help Blinky, that is living with the vain Pelican. He does some mischief.
