Who Is Blinky Bill? is the twenty-fourth episode of Blinky Bill Season 1.
Plot
A new koala in town is everything Blinky is not – polite, studious, well dressed and a violinist. Apart from that, he’s Blinky’s dead ringer and the two secretly agree to exchange places. There’s confusion at home and in the schoolroom, especially when Blinky gets a perfect score in an exam. Finally the two boys change back, but not before Blinky settles an old score with the Dingoes.
